ConsultSmart LLC was founded in January 2024 by the husband-wife team of John and Rebecca Toews. ConsultSmart LLC has a single mission: to empower small businesses so they can grow as they should. With more than 30 years of combined experience in IT, HR, marketing, and administration between them, John and Rebecca are well-equipped to help small businesses in various ways. John and Rebecca bring very broad and deep knowledge and expertise, making ConsultSmart LLC a true one-stop shop for small business growth and efficiency.
John Toews has over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to co-founding ConsultSmart, LLC, John played a very critical role in a prominent local accounting firms. He was more than an IT Manager but a member of both that company's leadership and marketing teams. His rich experience in handling IT operations is coupled with his strategic input in leadership and marketing; therefore, it has uniquely endowed him with the special skills needed to optimize business processes and enhance digital infrastructure for small businesses through digital marketing.
Rebecca Toews comes with a great deal of experience in human resources and marketing, along with strong administrative experience. Her grasp of human resources, coupled with a passion for marketing strategies, has made her integral to the development of unique solutions to address the specific issues and needs small businesses face. Her administrative decision-making ensures that the operational aspects of ConsultSmart LLC are seamless, hence enabling ConsultSmart LLC to deliver high-quality services efficiently.
